  • How do I transfer from another clinic to Hellomello™?
    We will help make the switch from another clinic to Hellomello™ easy and seamless for you. All you need to do is complete our Medical Intake Form, attach a discharge letter from your current clinic, and then one of our team members will get in touch within 3 business days.
  • How do I contact you?

  • How do I know if I'm eligible?
    It’s easy, just fill out our quick Medical Intake Form which only takes a few minutes. Our Nurse Team will then be in touch to let you know if we need further information.
  • How soon can I book a consultation?
    Consultations are typically available the next day. You’ll be able to book as soon as you complete your Medical Intake Form.
  • What do I need to sign up to Hellomello™?
    Please have your Medicare number handy. Hellomello™ may require a health summary from your GP. If you don’t have a regular GP, no worries! We can use any relevant info from your previous doctor to provide the best care possible. You can also share your medical history through our Medical Intake Form or upload documents to your dashboard. We can assist you with this if you are unsure.
